Oklahoma Chapter of The Wildlife Society Private Land Management Award:
Mr. Win and Mrs. Kay Ingersoll;  Nominated by Dr. Scott Loss.  The Ingersoll’s have made a considerable contribution to research in our department through funding Dr. Loss’ quail research project in eastern Oklahoma.   Additionally, they provide an example of how conservation efforts on private lands can have real impacts for wildlife.

Oklahoma Chapter of The Wildlife Society Harold C. Stuart Conservation Excellence Award:
Mr. John Groendyke; Nominated by Sam Fuhlendorf.  Mr. Groendyke has been a major supporter of wildlife conservation throughout the state and has been a major supporter of NREM through the creation of the Groendyke Endowed Chair in Wildlife Conservation and a graduate fellowship.  Mr. Groendyke is currently the longest tenured commissioner of Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation and has served on the boards of several conservation organizations.
