| The primary focus of my research is reptile ecotoxicology. I am particularly interested in the effects of endocrine disrupting chemicals and other environmental contaminants on sex determination, morphological development, endocrinology, immunology, reproduction, and behavior of lizards. Current research projects include the development of a lizard-egg screening assay for endocrine disrupting chemicals and soil contaminants, and the development of a lizard reproductive toxicity assay. In addition, I am examining the effects of contaminant exposure on different life stages of lizards relative to effects on life history parameters. |
