Information about the 2012 OK AFS Annual Meeting Information:

-Students should identify their student status on the second page (after they click "add to cart").  The price will then be discounted before they pay.

-Please register with the name/address you want used for your name tag. You can use a different name/address for your credit card information if needed when you get to the payment screen.

-It will not matter what "Delivery method" you choose...there is no shipping involved for the order but the software will not let us skip this step.

This year’s annual meeting will be Tuesday evening 2/7/2012 – Thursday afternoon 2/9/2012 at the Quality Inn at 2515 West 6th Avenue (Rte 51) in Stillwater. Please call the hotel at 405-372-0800 and let them know you are with the AFS meeting when you make your reservation (we must fill our block of rooms to get the conference rate on the meeting rooms and you cannot book rooms in our block using the web site).   Additional information will be posted here and at the OK AFS web site soon.   If you have additional questions, please contact Dan Shoup at dshoup@okstate.edu or 405-744-9671.

Directions to the Quality Inn, Stillwater

From I-35: take exit 174 and go East on Rte 51 towards Stillwater. Continue on Rte 51 for 14.6 Miles. The Quality Inn will be on your right (south side of road) before you get to Western Rd.

From Tulsa/Cimarron Turnpike: Follow the signs for Stillwater to take the Cimarron Turnpike Spur. Take Perkins Rd. exit (Exit 21A) and go south on Perkins Rd. for 6.2 miles. Turn right (West) on 6th Ave. (same thing as Rte 51). Drive 2.2 miles on 6th Ave. until you see the Quality Inn on your left (south side of road). It will be just past the light for Western Rd.

From Rte 177 Take 177 towards Stillwater (177 turns into Perkins Rd in town). Once you get into town, turn West on 6th Ave. (same thing as Rte 51). Drive 2.2 miles on 6th Ave. until you see the Quality Inn on your left (south side of road). It will be just past the light for Western Rd.
